Ipcc registration letter

hello sir,

I have registered to IPCC under direct entry scheme on april 24 , i clearly understand the procedure of IPCC exams now, but my query is ,why are every one facing  the problem of receiving the registration letter very late ? 

i have seen my acquaintance not recieving registration letter even after 2 - 2 1/2 months from date of registration

this issue is causing  hardship for students , and leave them in an uncertain and ambigious situtations , since 6 months go waste due to recieval of the registration letter , i am really worried and curious to know the problem behind it , thanks in advance for the replies
