Who will take the responsibility for having created so much of tension and pain to lakhs of students?  Is this the right way to act by the so called apex Institute?

ICAI not opening due to website traffic. Everyone's trying. Mostly the result won't come today. Wait for a few mins for ICAI to make a new announcement in their website and go to sleep peacefully tonight.

Thanks the Institute ...i could not sleep whole last night ...and i think...today is going to be the same....why our institute is lacking  professionalism. If they cannot handle the declaration of result they should delegate this responsibility to some one better in this work
