according to announcement dated 6th august, we can do our orientation just before starting our articleship..does it mean that from november 2010 exams we can appear in ipcc without doing orientation

i too am confused about this announcement !
In the exam form issued by ICAI,it is clearly mentioned that u have to complete OP before 9th Nov.
