Filling the details of CPT roll no. is just the formality, but if it is incorrect then submit the pdf copy with icai by correting the roll no. in hand writing

if you are unalbe to visit ICAI or Unable to submit hard copy it still no worries..your form will be accepted

icai verify the form through Nro no. cro no.
