I am asking for IPCC students not for final students?

I think it was may 2019 but president sir said in his speech that IPCC old students will get extra attempts but no notification passed till now in this regard. Thats why i am confused?
As such no notification it is May 2019

I am glad to inform you that the last attempt for CA IPCC syllabus, which was earlier indicated at May 2019, has now been extended to May 2020. So, in the process, you have three more attempts, one each in May 2019, November 2019 and May 2020, under the Old syllabus of CA-IPCC.
