Ipcc november 2013 exam eligibility

Dear Friends,

Have a very important question ...HELP

I recently converted to IPCC from PCC. But no confirmation received from Board till now. 

So i proceeded for November 2013 attempt by submitting exam form. But while submitting the exam form they also asked for Registration letter and Articleship completion letter. Both i dont have , as i lost them due to some reasons.

So my question , will i be eligible to write november 2013 attempt...
