Ipcc nov, 2013

I am in Bcom Final Year & have appeared for CS Executive in Dec, 2012 & waitin for my results,
I want to register for IPCC exam in Nov, 2013.
I have following queries-

1. When is the last date for Registration for IPCC.

2. Will I get Exemption for CPT, as I wil complete my Graduation before Nov,2013

3. Is there any Exemption for CPT for CS FINALISTS.

4. Can I take provisional admission to IPCC before getting my graduation certificate?
