One of my friend has passed first group of PE-II . but could not clear second group, even in may-10
(result declared today).
My question is "whether student of PE-ii can convert to IPCC with first group cleared now ???????"
and can he start directly with the articleship???? or he will have clear first group of IPCC even if First of PE-II is clared ??????.
Please tell me what the possibilities. and also the last date and the procedure for it.
