If suppose someone fails both groups of IPCC in first attempt and gives second attempt and clears it then how would someone know about his number of attempts? I mean he would be receiving a completely new marksheet..?
It meAns that his second marksheet would be without any information about his first attempt and he can simply throw away the first marksheet without anyone letting know about his second attempt..?
