Ipcc group 1 cleared in 2010, can i re-apply, or continue from group 2(ipcc).

Hi All,

I have cleared my IPCC Group 1 in Year 2010 , after that i had tried 3-4 attempt to clear the Second Group but count not able to clear the same.

Because of financial issue I had started working in private company and left the studies.

Now, i wanted to continue the course, Could anyone please help me to understand current scenario and please help me with below question if possible.

1. Can anyone help me how i can start my CA study again?

2. Also let me Know If i am eligible to get atleast Accounting Technician Course (ATC) certificate? ( i had completed one year articleship in 2010)
