ipcc conversion

Pls somebody help me out

i have already posted my this query but  i m still not clear

i have cleared gr-1 of pe-2 now i have to switch over to ipcc but still i hav'nt registered for ipcc

as i m working in zambia (africa) i would like to appeare in may 2011 exam

so pls guide me now when should i register for ipcc and 100 it training

pls its urgent
