Hai frnds. i have received my ipcc passing marks list bt not yet received cerificate from ICAI declaring that i ve qualified in second stage of CA course. How can i get certificate??? is there any power given to regional offices of ICAi to issue that certificate???

You can File a e-grievance on e-sahayata Section available @ www.icai.org. I am sure you will get A Quick response from ICAI after filling a e-grievance on e-sahayata. Good Luck....
