if any1 has cleared group1 of pcc and want to trf himself for ipcc will his ipcc group1 will be exempt as well or he need to give both groups

MY FRIEND HAS CLEARED GROUP I OF PCC BUT NOW THE PCC HAS BEEN CLOSED PERMANENTLY AND HE WANTS TO TRANSFER HIMSELF FOR IPCC,,,, WILL HIS IPCC GROUP 1 WILL BE EXEMPT OR HE NEEDS TO GIVE BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC AS WELL PLEASE HELP AS LAST DATE OF FILING THE FORM IS TODAY
