I have converted from PCC to IPCC in Jan 09. My IPCC attempt is in Nov 09. Accordingly to IPCC curriculum i do not need to do Articleship. I want to discontinue from 30/04/2009, however according to the new circular related to transfer, would i not be eligible to take the termination?

Well, I believe that your articleship deemed discontinued from the date you converted to IPCC.....
