IPCC is intgrated professional competence course actually its the next step after cpt and cpt is enterance exam for CA. Actually what happens in ipcc their are two groups 1st and 2nd. And 1st group of ipcc is know as ATC. ATC means account technician course. So if u clear 1st group of ipcc then ca institute will provide u d degree of ATC. Unless u have been registered for ipcc and atc both.
