inward supply gstr 9

itc has been claimed in financial year 2018-19 and the same is recorded in books of account of f.y 2018-19 as well. but the supplier has shown the same invoice in 2017-18 as a result it is appearing in gstr9 of f.y. 2017-18. so how we should deal with such situation. because in gstr 9 of 2017-18 excess credit will be appearing but in gstr 9 of 2018-19 less amount will be shown. please provide solution to this.
