We had raised invoice in the month of march but so far have not received any payment. Should we mention this invoice value in GSTR1 or we can omit it....??

No , u cannot omit it , u have show in ur gstr 1, its in recepient end if he does not make the payment of bill for more then 180day has to reverse the ITC
