Please clarify if we make sales invoice on 30.06.2017 in existing law and if it reaches customer end after 20 days ie. by 20.07.17, how they will account the bill? They can able to account the invoice in Vat/CST rule? please reply

If the existing tax has been charged on bill, the buyer will account for the same in his books.
Sec 140(5)-the buyer has to book the invoice within 30 days from appointed day.
