Can I issue invoice in two formats one for domestic another for export ?
Is there any compliance issue under GST law for using two separate invoice formats in a financial year?

Format of invoice can vary but should contain all the relevant particulars as required
No problem in GST, but you should follow format "Invoice number have Alpha numeric maximum 16 digits"
you have follow rule 46 of the CGST rules 2017 for Tax Invoice under GST .
