INVOICE AS UNREGISTERED PERSON

Dear Sir,

                I have registered as a Carpet Manufacturer and Traders in GST law and have GST registration number as regular Taxpayer in GST.

I also want to raise Invoice for Rent , my Advisor told that I can raise Invoice without charging GST (As Unregistered Person) and take payment .

I want to know whether can I do so as per GST Rules or not, also let me know the rules regarding this .
