I registered in noida
And purchase some machines from gujrat and want to send direct to mumbai client
How to raise the invoice to Mumbai and who issue the ewaybill for that machine

u have to billed.......for Maharashtra and e way too
Ask your supplier in Gujarat to Raise the Invoice as per below:
Bill To : Your address (Noida)
Ship To : Your customer (Mumbai)
And generate the E-way also using the same module.

but first buyer has to genera invoice
No dear , As per section 10(1) (b) : the goods can be deliver by supplier to third person on instructions of recepient , so for such deliveries only one eway bill is required
