I am a CA final students. I want more clarity about this. if we issue seperate invoice then whether time period of issuance of invoice for goods and issuance of invoice of service may be different or not bcoz issuance of invoice of goods may be before or at the time of delivery and issuance of invoice of service should be within 30 days from supply of service..
As per rule 47, & sectuon 31 cgst Act ,.. You are correct
You are correct but if both are in nature of composite or mixed supply then a single invoice is made......
