Difference between quoted and unquoted mutual fund under Investment in Schedule 111 of Companies Act

A quoted MF is a fund with its units quoted / listed on a recognised stock exchange on a regular basis. In case of such MF units, the aggregate Market value has to be disclosed.Whereas, an unquoted MF is a fund where its units are not quoted / listed in any recognised stock exchange.
