An LLP can give loan to private Limited Company if the clause in the LLP deed permits giving of Loan to private limited Company but Private Limited Company cannot accept the loan as it would fall under the defination of deposit as defined under section 2 of the deposit act. If still Company accepts the deposit from the public, then it has to comply with the Deposit rules under the Companies act 2013 and has to comply with the deposit formalities.
