Hello,

Can we invest long term capital gains in an under construction property to be completed in 6 months to 12 months ? Or can it only be invested in a property with OC to claim tax benefits ?

Thanks, you mean tax benefit can be availed by investing the proceeds in an under construction property which is to be ready in less than 12 months ?

I personally belive taxation has nothing to do with OC.....if OC is recived then developer will not charge GST.....else GST will be charged....rest as far as I know....no relation between OC and long term / short term gains....that is what I belive
