Can we invest long term capital gains in an under construction property to be completed in 6 months to 12 months ? Or can it only be invested in a property with OC to claim tax benefits ?

Thanks, you mean tax benefit can be availed by investing the proceeds in an under construction property which is to be ready in less than 12 months ?
