Can a Public Limited company make an "Unsecured Investment" in a Private Limited company? Both the companies do not share any common directors and they also don't have any common business links so far.

Thanks

is that enough? are there any pre-requisities like maybe incorporation of this aspect in MOA etc..?

AGREE WITH ABOVE ,BUT CHECK WHETHER YOUR ARTICALE OF ASSOCIATION PERMIT FOR THIS

check 372A limits. Otherwise safe and sound.
