An assessee started a new company last month with main obejective of providing service of investigation agency to General insurance companies. Whether it will be covered in RCM?
Insurance companies are raising the requirement to provide Service tax Registration no. but coimpany has just started and havn't crossed the turnover of 1 lac infact?

As you have not crossed the Small Service Provider exemption limit, you are not liable to register for ST. As individual you do not come under RCM.
Give them the explanation in writing and assuring to get registered under GST.
