Inventory Record in tally

How is it possible to maintain the record of inventory in tally if the books of accounts are of a restaurant ?

For eg : My purchases are Wheat, rice, pulses, dairy products, crockery, cooking ingredients depending on the menu card of restaurant and further my sales would be panner 65, manchuria, noodles, etc.....

How to record the count of stock and how to record the quantity of purchase and sales ??

May be better to search videos in Google for "STOCK JOURNALS".

The process is simplify as

Item 1,2,3,4 & 5 is converted into noodles. Which items used for preparing noodles and it's valume...

I hope, you are aware of Tally with Inventory....... where there is option of 'Inventory Vouchers' which can do 'Transfer of Materials' i.e. from 'Source (consumption) to Destimnation (Production)' .........

You can create a manufacturing journal.
You can configure the finisned products by enabling BOM in tally.
