AY 16-17 refund return has been
invalid due to non Submission of ITR.......now what to do if already return verified after 120 days but department has reject the condonation request.....

have you applied for condonation before your jurisdictional CIT ?

Then make application before your jurisdictional CIT in writing. Once condoned, file fresh ITR for a. Y. 2016-17
