I have been brought in a client's invalid return 9 months ago. Now it is not even verified and revise. Now there is no solution. Show it Thank you

try to file a new return u/s 139(4)

If it is because of non-verification of return,you shuld file condolence of delay and verify it.

Agree with pradeep kumar sharma. login to your Efiling account. click everify under my account menu. if reverification is still pending you can everify through aadhar otp. else file a new return u/s 139(4)

Tried Addhar OTP verification, but no luck, still the ITR-V shows invalid.

the return belongs to ay 16/17, how can I file fresh return u/s 139(4). as my software don't have an option for the same.

Do you have any refund in that year? If yes, file condonation petition to CIT of your circle. If no, just leave it.

No there is no refund in that year, and the problem solved now, filled revised return with same figures, e verified, and ITR-V downloaded (revised return). all done,

Please Log-in to E-filing Portal and e-verify your ITR for the concerned year.

After Successful e-verification, your Condoloation of delay request will be submitted automatically and if all records found proper will be accepted.

Then the Invalid ITR will be validated by ITD.

i done e verification through adhar otp (after 120 days) , is this enough or i need to file fresh belated return ( currently my Thing saying as '' E-VERIFICATION ACCEPTED AFTER DUE DATE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF CONDONATION REQUEST.)
