I think You are wrongly enter entered the GSTIN...!🤔

Because that is not a valid GSTIN registered as per GST department records
You Can Check Proper GSTIN using search txpayer option in GST portal
Please search in search taxpayer by GSTN it also shows active or inactive GST number
Might be the same in cancelled by Department. Please check from the portal...also try while login into GSTR 1 table 4....
There may be other reasons so if you tell from where you are checking then can be given the appropriate reason
Agree with Arun Sir. The Department might have cancelled the Registered Person's Registration.
First upon search with PAN card number in gst common portal to find correct GSTIN number,than check with you GSTIN number current status....for more visit your jurisdiction office
because it is invalid
as sometime we are entering "1" instead of "I" or some similar error
