We ( in Gujarat) are doing textile Embroidery doing job work for a client from Mumbai who takes delivery himself from our factory and transports the goods to Vapi ( in Gujarat) . In Vapi the goods are further processed (dyed by another party) and sent to Mumbai. Do we need to make Eway bill, considering intra state transport of goods and that too not included in 19 goods listed in Gujarat for Eway bill?
I am worried because even my consultant is not clear and insists on us making Eway bill. The system is so confusing that even many many years old consultant who were comfortable on VAT do not know rules of GST.
