Is there any news on E-Way bill front??
I know that it is applicable on Inter-State (Delhi-Mumbai Sorta) supplies (Taxable or Exempted on both) but when i have to move goods within states i.e. intra state supplies, do i have to issue or generate E-Way Bill?? or Invoice alone will do..?
Also Assume date for 1st October 2017. But, No more notification available for till date...
In case it's available from 1st Oct then we doing Above Rs. 50000 supplies.
It's applicable for Both transactions like "Intra & Intere State" supplies...
E-way bill is mandatory Rs. 50000 and above. If you sell your goods to your opposite /neighbour customer also need E-Way bill.
