Intimation to roc of din

A Director is being appointed in a Pvt. Ltd. Co. 

Section 266 states that the Co. has to inform ROC the DIN of its newly appointed director within 1 week of its appointment. This has to be done in Form No. DIN 3. But no such form exists in MCA website

Please guide me whether co. has to intimate the ROC DIN of its newly appointed directors or not? If yes, then what is he form no.
