File form ADT-1 within 15 days of appointment
As per provision of section 139, no need to file the ADT-1 i.e. intimation for appointment of first auditor by the board
Pls file the Form ADT1 within 15days from the date of AGM if not there is huge penalty for non filing .....
Not required. Auditor appointed in the General meeting needs to be intimated within 15 days by filing ADT -1. Moreover there is no provision in ADT -1 also to enter the Board meeting date.
