Intimation to Auditor of his appointment

Please send me the formate of the intimation which is compulsory for all companies to send to auditors required under the new form 23ac for the ROC filling.

I wanted to know that whether it is okay if we are filing Form 23B after 30th September....

i want to know that we are not filing form 23 b for the f.y. 2007-08 and now we are filing annual return form i.e., 20B, 23AC and 23ACA

so, we are filing the form 23B now

For filing the annual retun for the year 2007-08.........

For which year i need to file form 23B?   

For AGM Held on 29th Sep 2008 or For AGm Held on 28 Sep 2007.

Can anyone pl tell what all formalities are  to be done after making appointment of Auditor in a listed Company apart from sending Letter of appointment to auditors. Is there any Letter of Represenation send to Auditors. If Yes, what is that letter and can i have the format of that letter.
