I have filed my client's IT Salary returns and there was a relief U/S 89. but at the time of filing IT returns I filed it without uploading the Form 10E. Now we have received the Intimation U/S 143(1) where the relief is not allowed and they have send the demand notice with Interest.
Is there any options to upload Form 10E now and to file the revised IT returns.

We have entered complete details of past five years arrers under 89(1) and uploaded ITR1 and it accepts. But still there is a demand and it was not allowed. I think it is because for not uploading 10E
under schedule TDS2 22C(1) I mistakingly entered the year 2019 under unclaimed TDS. but actually filled the column correctly. got notice u/s 143 from income tax .how to rectify this fault?
