I have for one of my clients, have put a rectification U/s154 for about 6 times now. The amount in section 36 for the assessment year is 145638 and section 37 is 249903 total amount being Rs 395541. The system while computing liability in intimation order takes amount of Rs 145638 twice in both sections. Due to this double error, my net profit increases by Rs 145638 and it does not accept my rectification of section 37. Can someone please guide me as to what i am doing wrong.
