Intimation Order Not Available

If the status shows return has been processed, the intimation would have been received in your mail. Intimation order is not yet made online though there is a link showing it.

If the refund is accepted in the intimation order, check whether the bank account is prevalidated, the refund will be credited immediately

You need to get the information about your parcel. You can easily get a refund in such a case
