Intimation of tax ascertained through DRC-01A

while filing tax under this head it shows that it should be paid within 30 days from the notice.now the time expired but still shows the option to file.what should I do?can i pay and file now..? is there any issue?pls reply thanks in advance

Yes u can proceed if the officer has not issued SCN yet
