Intimation oa address change

It will be amendment of RC. There is a procedure-- apply online through ACES site after logging in. Submite printed copies of required documents to Superintendent.

Log on in to www.aces.gov.in

To amend ST-1, go to REG menu :
1. Under the REG menu, select Amend Registration submenu.
2. Form ST-1 will appear for amendment.
3. Amend the form ST-1 as desired and click the button Save & Continue.
4. The amended ST-1 will appear on the screen.
5. Check the details and takeout the printout of the same.
6. After taking out the printout, Click the submit button to save and submit the amendment.
7. On successful submission of amendment request, the response page will appear confirming the acknowledgement.
8. Take out the printout of acknowledgement.
9. Hard copy of the amended ST-1 together with proof of change should be submitted before the jurisdictional officer.

address change means you have to shift your place of business from one place to another, 

if the new place is under juridiction of same division , then it would be amended, 

if its in another juridiction, then you have to apply for fresh registration at new address, and surrender the old.
