Intimation for refund received but amount not credited to the account

What to do if intimation u/s 143(1) is received indicating refund of the taxes but refund amount is not credited to the account.
It's already been 50 days since the date of intimation. My accounts are also pre validated but still refund amount is credited.

Same issue is with my brother..... intimation recived past 30 days ..all ac validated....no pending Worklist....no pending eprceeding...no outstanding demand.....all clear from our side....when grivence raised ...closed without resolution.
what to do?
Wait for 40days more and raise the grievance
