Recently I have received an intimation u/s 143(1) of Refund amount xxx but the Refund Sequence Number is 0.
Normally it is a 10 digit number. Can anyone help ?

Yes refund was credited in the month of November, had called their team and since one previous year's tax amount was due for payment, we first paid the amount and then refund was credited to our account
for me 2023-2024 ITR orignal intimation order recived with due and refund sequence number is zero ,then done rectification for same 23-24 again for rectification intmation order recived but refund sequence number is zero in intimation order and not reicved refund . Same for year 2024-2025 intmation order recived but efund sequence number is zero and refund not recived . account validated ,asked demand team any due so no due ,please help me ,srugling from last 1 yr.
For me as well refund sequence number is 0. No pending in Worklist
