 Whats your Job Role?

You may be asked following Questions:

1. Tell about yourself? Then tell them except what is not mentioned in the CV.
2. Why do you want leave your current job? (it's difficult question to answer, and this question would be shooted at you to measure your attitude)
3. Why did you selected our organisation to work?
4. You may be asked case questions, that can not be predicted, etc.

hi.. ARJANAKI,

Apart from the normal subject questions, they will also ask for your current pay and expected pay also. Please be careful while quoting your expected pay. Cost of Living is very much high in DUBAI. Try to negotiate for an rent free accomidation possible, as cost of accomidation is very high in UAE. My personal advice is to complete the pending (CA) final group and proceed further even if it take a little bit time. Once, u are qualified, you will find good opportunities in UAE and in Gulf countries. The status also differs after completing CA and u will get family status and other benefits even. Generally in overseas jobs, the employer will promise that he will increase your pay after 3 months / 6 months upon ur performance. Infact, it is almost not possible. i.e., they will not increase. If at all they increase/revise u r pay, it is minimal. I had given all these, not to discourage. But this is the fact and i had personal experience in Gulf too. So, think in all possible angle possitively and take a proper / right step. Attend the interview with confidence. It is not at all difficult as Indian Interviews. I wish u all the best... thanks & Regards

Yes! I stick on to Saida's comments, First You may try to complete your Final CA then look for Job.

thank u very much. i have given my ca exam group final 2 . any technical questions specifically related to construction industry. i might be posted in accounts or audit dept. i have no experience in construction industry how much salary shall i expect. i will never neglect exams until i complete my ca and cs final

Generally they won't ask difficult technical questions as they donot have much IT provisions like in India. If it is a big company, they will emphasis on AS / IAS / GAAPs. Donot tell that u don't have construction industry experience at all. You may say that u have atleast some audit experience of construction industry and assure them that you will cope up with in a short span to suit the industry requirement. What ever you know, you tell boldly (Confident). For a fresh ACA the minimum quote should be not less than 11000 UAE Dhirams per month. As you have a group pending you can quote minimum 7500-8500 on the condition that will be increased based on performance. It even depends upon the size / project of the company. If it is an  MNC, we can even expect more. So, plan and decide accordingly...

thanks for ur valuable advice.
