Go through some AS, Recent tax amendments & brush up basic acts. If possible, go through current CRR, SLR, Repo as well as Reverse-Repo rates,etc. All the very best.

Try covering topics from IFRS, Companies Act 2013 provisions, GST, Changes in Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, FEMA etc. Keep abreast of lot of changes that is taking place in and around you.

Typical example could be What is the latest CII rates notified by CBDT for the Financial Year 2015 - 16? What is ICDS? What do you mean by Reverse Charge Mechanism? Who is a KMP under Companies Act 2013? Highlight the subtle difference of a what is a related party transaction under Companies Act 2013, Accounting Standard 18 etc.

Big four's generally offer common topics for GD. E&Y gd topic was "WHY CRICKET IS NOT OUR NATIONAL GAME?". Honeywell gave this "BALANCED INDUSTRIALISATION-WHAT IS NEEDED?". Be prepared with latest developments like ICDS and business news. If you have strong communication skills focus on your technical as final round is the game changer.
