can anyone tell me in specificly manner how can a person who is in under composition scheme purchase from outside..and what law is saying..I was reading it says u if u want to register under composition scheme u should not have outside purchase on appointed date..what is this if he can purchase from outside after coming under composition scheme..plz help me..I will be thankful
@ Kapil., Just above said reply by Rashmi Mam... Inter State Stock : If you purchased from inter State on previous Tax regime. Then can't available... If not you don't have any stock above way then you can opt composition scheme. After you can purchase from inter state as composition dealer....
Simply said... You can purchase from inter State as Composition dealer and URD.... Before opting composition you ll be check your position if previous Tax regime's stock....
