Composition Scheme dealers are allowed to do INTER STATE INWARD SUPPLY ( PURCHASES ).

Composition Scheme dealers are allowed to do Inter State Purchases. They are not allowed to do Inter State Sales.

Composition dealer cannot make any inter-state outward supply but can make inter state purchases.
