I want to start a company in chennai, India for internet websites. I run 3 websites and want them to get them under one roof, forming a company so that i can stream line my income and recruit employees. What are the procedures to start a company for internet business in india. what are the taxes associated with it and where should i apply for forming such a company.

having internet website is not a business,
nature of exact services to be provided or sales to be provided through internet does matter for taxation.
