i have meeting with Directors of a private Ltd comapny (Real Estate). Company was incorporated in way back 2007 but now it going to start Apartment Construction as it has fullfill/acquried all nessery approvel from Local development Authority.
my question is ,,,
what steps/procedure i have to take while doing Internel Audit of this company?
what are Statutory obligation it has to follow? (Ex. Service Tax, PF,ESI, TDS )
