instead of filling registration date of intermediate I have filled date of CPT.....,?????? please help

Ignore, go ahead in completing the form.
These minor things ICAI don't see them.
The only thing ICAI check's is Medium, Centre, Groups applied and fees paid.
So be careful while filling the above data.

if cpt roll no. is wrong in intermediate exam form then...???
